The hands-on, active learning space for Toyota’s Lean Production system.

Zingerman’s Lean Lab is a collection of tours, classes, workshops and immersive learning experiences. The lab harnesses Zingerman’s Mail Order’s nearly two decades of work in Toyota style lean operations systems.

Zingerman’s Mail Order Lean Labs was established in 2019. It was born inside of Zingerman’s Mail Order, (ZMO) food catalog and e-commerce company. ZMO is part of the Zingerman’s Community of Businesses, a family of food-related businesses located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
